They changed their lifetime oil change policy to not be lifetime. Then they tell me I have an oil leak which, apparently they don’t know if it’s covered in the warranty UNLESS I pay for a $300 dollar diagnostic fee. If it is covered I don’t pay that fee, but if it isn’t I get stuck paying for ... Read More

First of all. Don’t let the good reviews lie to you. They will hound customers to write reviews with the notion of a free service. This has to be one of the worst dealerships I’ve worked with. They changed their lifetime oil change policy to not be lifetime. Then they tell me I have an oil leak which, apparently they don’t know if it’s covered in the warranty UNLESS I pay for a $300 dollar diagnostic fee. If it is covered I don’t pay that fee, but if it isn’t I get stuck paying for the fix myself and the fee. It’s such a scam and doesn’t make any logical sense. I am so fed up with this dealership. Please avoid at all cost. You will lose money shopping here.
