7/30/26 Yesterday we walked out of the World Kia Joliet dealership with the 2026 Kia K4. Our experience there was the best I have had at a dealership. We had an appointment to speak with Rick. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake and asked if we could give him a few minutes. Minutes later he came back and introduced us to Ciara. He let us know that she was going to be working with us since he was attending someone else. Ciara was very nice and was extremely knowledgeable. She answered in detail any questions we had. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Moises who is the sales manager. He and Ciara worked together to get us the best possible deal. Brent finalized our deal at the end. He was also very nice and answered our questions. As I said this dealership was my best experience at a dealership thus far. Ciara, Moises and Brent made this exciting and somewhat stressful situation into a great memory. We appreciate you all making this purchase possible.

Management added about $1,800 on top of our negotiated price, charging us for the “free” oil changes they had offered. We caught this only because we noticed it during the finance paperwork and had to have it corrected. Once we got home, we realized the car had 400 more miles on it than we were told, the floor mats had stains, and several stickers hadn’t been removed. For a major purchase, the lack of transparency and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. Jeremy did his job well, but the overall dealership experience left a lot to be desired.
