Service personel very unhelpful and want they to charge you s much as they can for any service. I had a horrible experience with them on Friday after coming there for them to fix the 5 recalls on my 2021 vehicle. Be prepare to spend a lot if you're not getting warranty service. I will NEVER go back there again. I couldn't leave zero stars so I had to select one.

Went there after they contacted me, they told me I was approved for a certain monthly. Then when I told them I wanted to stay below that they showed me something 400$ out of my price range and said that’s all they had for me. Once I signed EVERYTHING they told me my paperwork wasn’t legit and I’d have to wait 2 days to receive my car. High pressure which upset me.

I bought a car from them a couple of months ago. It had a little scratch or chip in the windshield. They told me they would replace it. It has been a few months now I’ve made numerous phone calls. No one knows what they’re doing. Nobody has called me back and I still have a cracked windshield

I recently had a disappointing experience at this dealership regarding service for my vehicle, specifically addressing a front-end shaking issue. I scheduled an appointment for October 2 and dropped off my car the night before. Im an out of town buyer in Ohio and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this dealer! Was supposed to work with a salesman named Soto, who has no business professionalism at all! Awful Experience. Salesperson Posting videos of customer cars while damaging them and talking trash is very unprofessional. Paul should lose his job. Ridiculous.
Salesperson Paul likes to post videos talking crap on people’s modifications while they are getting an oil change. Not only that, if you have a lip kit or side skirts he will even step on them in the video. Sales manager didn’t care and didn’t reprimand. Not how you should treat a customer or car ever. Modifications aren’t cheap.

My 2020 Kia Soul is currently at the Joliet World Kia service department due to a breakdown on the expressway last Saturday, March 9th. Despite being under warranty, I received no updates by the following Monday. Concerned, I called on Tuesday, March 12th, only to discover that my car's transmission had failed and requires replacement. Do not utilize this dealership or service department for any needs. They do not stand behind the customer, but rather decide to blame and accuse the customer for service damage to brand new cars. They focus more on how they can make money then do the right thing and correct a problem. Also note when they falsely accuse you whatever their claim is will follow you to corporate and beyond. This service center is a scam and the management and under skilled people working there should be ashamed of their business practices.
