Customer and Employee are our number one concern

As this outbreak started we assured our employees that we will take all the extra steps needed to reduce the risk of catching this virus and any possibility to pass it along to our customers. We want to let our valued customers know all the extra precautions and how we are implementing new ways for our customers to shop for new vehicles and ways we have increased precautions in our service department.

Dealership Cleaning and Sanitization Processes

At World KIA it is inevitable on high foot traffic we receive on a daily basis, so to help protect you World KIA has hired a professional cleaning service to come in to sanitize and disinfect all areas of the dealership throughout the day to help prevent contamination, making sure to wipe down door handles, desks, chairs, car door handles, steering wheels and everything else that has a high contact probability. We have shortened our hours so the dealership can go through a deep cleaning at the end of every day. In our service area, we have mandated that we will put plastic seat covers and plastic steering wheel covers on the vehicles before we take them in for repairs by employees with rubber gloves, all the items are removed right before delivery to ensure that there will be no contamination to our customers and employees.

Our staff uses approved cleaning and disinfectant products to help reduce the spread of germs and illness.
We have secured additional disinfectants, hand sanitizers, gloves, alcohol wipes, and other necessary supplies for guest and employee use. With additional supplies on hand, we can better clean our dealership and keep the environment as clean andĀ safe as possible. If any guests would like to use these items when picking up a vehicle, please ask a team member.

How We Are Bringing the Car Buying Experience to You

World KIA is always trying to find ways to streamline your car buying experience. We are looking into different ways so you; our customers can view, inquire and purchase everything online. However, until we get this implemented we have come up with procedures to help you purchase your vehicle from World KIA with little to no human interaction. Our experienced sales team is now ready to assist you in your purchase via email and over the phone. The sales team will also have all the necessary paperwork ready for you in advance if it is needed for you to come in, to help shorten your time in a public area. We are offering free home deliveries of all new and used vehicle purchases, yes, we bring your car to you!

How Does World KIA Maintain A Healthy Work Environment

We are very proud of our employees and all the hard work they do to make all of the customers happy and enrich their visits to our dealership. So during this time we want and need our employees to be healthy and happy. We encourage all employees that if they have been around anyone with the COVID-19 virus that they stay home to self-quarantine. If employees show any symptoms they are highly encouraged to stay home until feeling better and provide a doctorā€™s note stating that they are free and clear to resume work.
